Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy
All merchandise sales are final.
If you need a different size, TLCA may allow an exchange for the same item if the requested size is available in inventory. Exchanges are available only within the contiguous United States. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original merchandise to TLCA. TLCA will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for exchange.
International orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
TLCA reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these requirements or if replacement inventory is unavailable.
To determine whether you are eligible for an exchange, please contact us. Include the product name, purchase date, order number, and the size you would like to exchange for.
