Sorry, Will, it was ~10 years ago and I was using FelPro for several applications on the truck. You're right though, I checked with FelPro tech support and they said they never made the copper lined gaskets for that application, so I checked with Hamby's Garage in Rutherford College, NC where I broke down; it was before they computerized their info, so they don't have the records anymore of what they used. I checked my two very full folders of Tanka receipts and don't have the paper repair order either. The lady that handles the records at Hamby's said they got most of their parts back in the day from either CarQuest or NAPA, both of whom sold Victor gaskets...the part no for the Victor head gasket set is HS-3944, but I haven't been able to verify whether that set was copper or steel, so that may not be the right info either. What ever the set was, it's going to be hard to track down. I have one more option, provided I can find an excel file that I created at that time to track all the rebuild expenses, but it was on a computer that I stashed that hasn't been fired up in 6-8 years. If that doesn't work, we'll probably never know for sure unless I have to tear it down... 8^(
Mike

Mike,
That's really interesting. You wouldn't happen to have a part number for the Fel-Pro copper gasket, would you? I've searched online and don't see a reference or application for Land Cruisers.
