[LCML] We need cruiserhead support on the Outer Banks

Hope all LCML members will take a brief moment to check out www.change.org and sign the nationwide petition to force the NPS to reinstitute 2007 protection plan with 4wd access to previous areas.  Every US cruiserhead has had their right of access to the Cape Hatteras National Seashore almost totally taken away, a right that has existed since the original enabling act of Congress and back as far as vehicles have existed on the Outer Banks.  The website will give you the gist of our situation, but for those who are interested, there is also a documentary that was done a year and a half ago that lays out the situation in human terms. And if you really have some time, call or email your Congressional representatives and tell them you want them to support HR 4094, submitted by Rep. Walter B. Jones of NC, rolling back the NPS management plan to the 2007 version and making it permanent, setting aside federal judge Terrence Boyle's nefarious consent decree.
