[LCML] Jeff's intermittent stalling

I quit messing with my OEM carb last year and went with a Trollhole 
carb. I have been extremely pleased and would by another without 
question. My Cruiser has not run this good ever - despite all my various 
attempts at carb rebuilds and diagnosis!
