Your list of parts is a pretty desirable one. I'd love to put that rolling
chassis under my HZJ79 cab and the bumpers/sliders onto my HDJ81 but you're
a little too far away from me for that.

Off the top of my head, I'd guess you'd get $2K for the Supercharger and 1/2
of retail on the sliders, lift and bumpers. Locking axles would likley get
you $1500 with the low miles. All the small bits and pieces are worth
another $2k if you take are willing to pack them up and ship them.
