Hi Mike,
For the exhaust we're aiming for it to be ready to ship around the end of
this week.

On the PM list. I know you mentioned that you have already done some of
these things, but here's a list of the general PM items that these FZJ80
trucks need attention on usually:

* Front knuckle/birfield rebuild with new seals
* Front & rear main crank shaft seals (the rear's are notorious for leaking)
* Timing chain guide
* Valve cover gasket
* PCV valve & hose (hose becomes dry and cracked over the years)
* EGR valve and components (diagnose and replace as necessary)
* Clogged catalytic converters (your new EMSPowered exhaust will take care
of this)
* Bad O2 sensors (make sure you buy OEM Toyota O2 sensors, aftermarket ones
are known for causing check engine lights on these trucks)
* Fuel filter
* Fuel "sock" filter that attaches to the fuel pump itself
* Heater core coolant hoses (they start to leak both inside the cabin and in
the engine bay eventually)
* Check your radiator and the endcaps and make sure there's no leaks. If
there are time for a new one
* Air filter of course. When changing the air filter make sure to clean out
the little canister at the bottom of the air box that catches all of the
leaves/dust/debris

That's a short list of the main things to check for.

Hey there, checking in on when I may expect the goods? Also, we discussed
you giving me a list of PM to consider doing. I want to do hose, tune up,
and whatever else is a good idea at 85,00 miles.
