[LCML] Springs able to handle tor of 383

Howdy!  I blew up a rear thrid due to excessive axle wrap.  Rebuit it 
and added a home grown anti-wrap bar and I have not had any problems 
in 10 years of wheeling, which includes a lot of 2 low due to slow 
speeds on fairly easy trails.  Much easier to steer a front auto 
locker that way.  John
