[LCML] Lift options... anyone have any solutions in town?

Hi All.
I'm picking up some 33's for my bj 60.
I'm guessing these aren't going to fit my stock bj60 as is.
Will something as simple as a shackle lift work?
Or do I need to find a spring lift for it?
Does anyone have either of these, or will they fit on the truck with no mod.
