[LCML] 80 series with a carb

You should be able to source a factory Toyota manifold and carb for the 1FZ
from Central/South America.  The Venezuelan made 80 series had carbs through
98.  Their 80 series did not get EFI until 99.  I have a picture somewhere
of one unfortunately that was before I started with digital and my filing
system for film photos isn't very good.
