[LCML] Cone washers and brass drifts/hammers

My favorite technique for removing the cone washer is to gather yourself a machinist scribe (looks like a dental pick tool that your dentist would use) and a hammer. 

Find the break in the cone washer with the scribe and then tap the scribe in with the hammer. 

The cane washers just walk themselves right out on the scribe.
