Kyle, I'm not an 80 guy, but advise from my 40 experience says get new
bolts, nuts & washers from Toyota.  I replaced the drive flange hardware
with off-the-shelf grade 12.9 metric stuff, and I could not keep it tight.
I experienced the same sort vibration you described earlier as a result of
loose hardware.  I replaced all 16 fasteners with OEM and problem solved...

Oh, I don't recall washer placement, I'd check the diagram in the FSM or
just have a look at the screenshot at the parts desk.
