[LCML] RES: brand new member

Hi Vitor,

not quite a neighbour but as close as you’ll find on this list.... I’m David
in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul.  I also have a Bandeirante (1989) plus a
Hilux SW4 (4Runner in the US) (2002).  Here in Brazil we have the
www.toyoteiros.com.br and several members are located in Campinas.  Every
year we organise a national meeting, usually taking place during a long
weekend, this year in Pirenópolis during october.  We also organise regional
meetings and are preparing for one in Garopaba, Santa Catarina, which will
take place during the first weekend of September.  Otherwise, whenever
someone shows up in town we have a beer and pizza together or, time
permitting, head off into the hills for some off-roading.

Hey there,
firstly I'd like to say that I'm glad to be  part of this list because, well
I'm from Brazil and I think it'd be nice sharing information and also learn
something from you guys. By the way I've got a Land Cruiser fj40 (1990) but
back here in Brazil its name (model) is Bandeirante. Ilive in Campinas - SP,
I'm a member of a Jeepclub called Esquadrão da Lama (in English it'd be "Mud
Squad").
I think this is it, I hope to hear from you.
