Do what Mark Whatley wrote. I've seen it done on a bunch of 40s, no reason it wouldn't work on a pig.
FWIW, I have seen lots of 40s with mini truck boosters and masters and it is a bolt-up. When my daughter's 85 runner needed a new master we bolted up a NIB master for a 76 FJ40, so there are tons of interchangeability. I have also read about (but haven't seen with my own 2 eyes) using a Corolla or Supra booster.
