[LCML] RES: RES: It's back!

I wonder if we should look at making the unsubscribe option easier?  I
know its simple now, but some sites list it 1st. With a disclaimer
saying you have subscribed, if you want to cancel click this!!   No
scrolling down.  Just saying.  I am seeing a pattern and we want to be a
friendly site, which I think we are, but maybe we can be better!!!!

Probably more like he subscribed to a magazine so he could send a
question to the advice column and then forgot about it.. When the
magazine started showing up again 6 months later, he decided to start
yelling at people until they stopped sending it.
