Please note: Due to low demand and increased cost, TLCA has removed dash plaques from the membership package, which will help us keep our costs prioritized towards more beneficial endeavors. LCA is primarily a volunteer organization and as such, our response time may vary. Your membership will be processed as quickly as possible and you will receive your welcome packet shortly thereafter, including your ID card and stickers. You will receive a PayPal receipt after the transaction is complete. New ID numbers are not emailed. Once you receive your ID card, login credentials can be received by contacting our Webmaster at webmaster@tlca.org.
