If you are not affiliated with any chapter, this is a great opportunity to meet some local Cruiserheads, see their rigs, and exchange stories—who knows, you might enjoy the company so much that you’ll become a member right there and then. So, you want to start your own TLCA Chapter? With a little initiative, common sense and a basic understanding of parliamentary procedure, it isn't all that difficult to do.
